All packages are shipped out of South Carolina, and defaulted to Priority shipping with USPS.
All customers are provided tracking numbers for each order that is shipped, and notified at the time of shipment. Total time from your order being placed to arriving at your doorstep depends on geographical area and product demand. Most packages arrive within 5 business days from the time the order is placed- if not sooner.
While federally our hemp derived products are legal and compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill, please note that some states have decided to ban THCa flower. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their state allows hemp and THCa products. Sweet Leaf & Co is not liable for any unauthorized use.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, we do understand that sometimes things happen. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or there was a problem with your order- we most definitely want to make it right for you. If you have any issues, please let us know within 14 business days of receiving your order by emailing: info@sweetleafandco.com with the subject heading as your order number. We will work our hardest to resolve the issue to our best ability. If the 14 day window has passed, unfortunately we will not typically be able to resolve the issue.
